Expect a Fun Workplace
Perhaps the greatest benefit of working at Superior Thread Rolling is the positive working environment! We promote a healthy work culture to provide our employees with a genuinely rewarding career. We take every excuse to have fun and share a meal with our team, often catering lunches with taco trucks, donut trucks, hawaiian shaved ice, and more! Every Cinco De Mayo, our employees hold a salsa making contest, and during holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving, STR provides our entire workforce with Hams and Turkeys. And as a safety-oriented company, for example, we celebrate each quarter of zero safety accidents by hiring an In-and-Out burger truck.
STR is not solely food-focused, however. We believe in recognizing talent in our company. Because of this, we hold a quarterly employee of the month recognition meeting where three employees are awarded $100 based on their performance and the way that they reflect the values of the company. Our floor supervisors are very involved in deciding each employee of the month, as they give complete and detailed commendations for each employee chosen.
